Behavioral Health Associate

About the job

This position provides comprehensive care and support to children in a psychiatric residential treatment facility. You will coordinate, monitor, and participate in therapeutic activities and ensure adherence to best practices, supporting clients as they work toward mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct care and supervision for children in group and residential home environments.
• Coordinate therapeutic programs and structured daily activities.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in living areas.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to treatment protocols.
• Engage in ongoing training and adhere to organizational models of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Four years' mental health experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
