Introduction
As a Behavioral Health Associate, you will directly care for and support children in a treatment setting, helping them overcome mental health challenges to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate direct care activities for clients
- Facilitate therapeutic activities and interventions
- Ensure safety and a clean environment in the crisis center
- Monitor clients, documenting behaviors and incidents
- Assist with 1-to-1 monitoring and manage facility phone calls and visitation
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in human services preferred
- Four years of mental health experience preferred
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
