About the job
Butterfly Effects is a nationally recognized leader in ABA-based autism services, driven by a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) committed to empowering children and families. As a BCBA in the North Shore area, you'll design and manage individualized behavior programming, provide supervision, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee behavior programs tailored to individual client needs
- Supervise RBTs/BTs in delivering direct ABA services
- Conduct functional assessments and set treatment goals
- Provide monthly caregiver training and collaborate with other professionals
- Support new BCBAs through mentorship programs and ongoing education
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification by BACB
- Experience working with children/families affected by ASD is highly valued
