Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage individualized behavior programs for children with ASD.
- Manage and supervise RBTs and BTs in direct ABA service delivery.

- Participate in monthly case reviews and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar field.
- BCBA certification from the BACB (current and active).
