About the job
This in-person role supports children ages 1-6 through applied behavior analysis (ABA) at a clinic in Solon, Ohio. The board certified behavior analyst is responsible for case management, staff supervision, parent training, and developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, develop treatment and behavior plans
- Provide RBT/BT supervision and training
- Lead data analysis, treatment fidelity checks, and action planning
- Train staff, caregivers, and external teams as needed
- Participate in meetings and represent the organization at events
Qualifications
- BCBA certification with 2+ years’ experience
- COBA certification and relevant master's degree
- Competency in working with young children and various assessments
- Clean driving record and current CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
