Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Document progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Keep equipment and workspaces safe and clean

Qualifications

• Current physical therapy license
• Experience in a healthcare facility preferred
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy
• CPR/BLS certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
