Key Responsibilities
- Escort patients to exam rooms and take vital signs (temperature, heart rate, blood pressure)
- Document patient medical histories and prepare them for exams
- Assist with EKGs, wound care, and various medical procedures
- Cross-train in other areas as needed and support additional clinic functions
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver compassionate customer service
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification is required
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and ability to prioritize
- Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs
