About the job

Deliver compassionate care and support to seniors as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in a small, home-like community near Lee's Summit. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing assistance with daily living activities, reporting on resident well-being, and maintaining accurate records, all within a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and document administration
• Monitor resident responses and report changes to supervising staff
• Assist residents with personal care, meals, and mobility
• Support team and participate in housekeeping and community tours as needed
• Ensure safe practices and proper use of PPE

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medication Aide/Med Level One course completion and state certification
• Willingness to complete community-based training
• Ability to meet physical job demands
