Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain national medical assistant certification
- Prepare patients for exams and perform clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate and secure medical records
- Facilitate care coordination and prior authorizations
- Assist with medical provider support and exam room upkeep
- Provide administrative support and backup within the clinic
Qualifications
- High school diploma and certified Medical Assistant training
- Active certification required from a nationally-recognized body
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel between practice locations as needed
