This position supports a skilled nursing and rehab facility, ensuring safe and accurate medication administration to residents while maintaining high care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer oral and topical medications.
• Ensure all medication procedures follow physician orders and documentation requirements.
• Verify resident identity and observe proper medication intake/application.
• Adhere strictly to state certification standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in a collaborative, resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Aide Certification.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (state-issued).
• Active CPR certification.
