Assist residents with medication administration and daily living activities in an assisted living and memory care community in Lakeway, TX. The role includes supporting licensed nurses, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety and health guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications per guidelines and physician orders
• Monitor resident responses and document care
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Communicate shifts updates to nursing staff
• Support team in providing exceptional care and hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months caregiving experience in a licensed facility
• Texas Medication Aide certification required
• Effective verbal and written English communication
• Team-oriented mindset and reliability
