This leadership opportunity involves overseeing the operations of a family practice clinic, ensuring efficient management and quality service delivery. The Clinic Director is responsible for fiscal management, staff supervision, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including HR and fiscal management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Supervise multiple departments (front desk, lab, nursing, billing, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics and coordinate staff schedules
- Manage emergency preparedness and staff evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or healthcare required
- Five years of relevant clinic/business management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in FQHC, policy development, and staff training preferred
