Clinic Director

About the job

The Clinic Director oversees therapy department operations, ensuring the delivery of individual, group, and family therapy services for youth and families. The position is responsible for supervision, policy compliance, staff training, program development, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and ancillary staff, including therapists and interns
• Oversee therapeutic interventions and ensure evidence-based modalities
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements
• Conduct staff evaluations and assign caseloads
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training
• Interface with healthcare providers and support outreach programs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field
• More than two years of post-licensure therapy experience
• Fully licensed (e.g., LPC, LAT, LMFT, LCSW, psychologist)
• Proven experience providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Experience supervising staff preferred
