This Community Manager position involves overseeing property operations at a rental property in St. Paul, Minnesota. You will manage staff and resources to meet financial goals while ensuring compliance with industry and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze property budgets and financial statements
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, make bank deposits
- Approve vendor and contractor invoices
- Monitor and control expenditures against budget
- Supervise leasing process from applications to renewals and evictions
- Develop marketing strategies based on market analysis
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention
- Conduct property inspections to maintain standards
- Recruit, train, and manage property staff
- Maintain communication with owners and provide periodic updates
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, or sit for long periods, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance)
