This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of an active adult community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The Community Manager oversees onsite teams, creates a vibrant environment, and acts as the liaison between owners, residents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the hiring, training, and performance management of team members
- Foster resident satisfaction and community culture
- Respond promptly to service requests and resident concerns
- Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals
- Represent the community at internal and external events
- Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies
- Ensure property maintenance and standards are met

Qualifications
