Dietary Aide

As a valued member of a dietary services team in a healthcare facility, the Dietary Aide supports meal preparation, delivery, and ensures that residents' nutritional requirements are met. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and compassion for serving individuals in a residential or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing meals following dietary guidelines
• Serve meals to residents accurately and efficiently
• Accommodate residents’ dietary needs and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in food service or dietary aide role preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Available for afternoon, weekend, and holiday shifts
