Become part of the Structural Dynamics and Product Assurance team, dedicated to delivering advanced testing solutions that ensure product functionality, safety, and reliability under extreme and adverse conditions. This technical role combines project management, custom test design, and a high degree of collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage environmental test proposals, schedules, and plans
- Design both custom and standard tests following industry standards (IEC, MIL-STD, IEEE)
- Oversee test execution for accuracy and compliance
- Generate detailed test reports and conduct data analysis (ANSYS, SolidWorks)
- Communicate effectively with technicians and clients, providing updates and resolving issues
- Lead business development activities in the testing domain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, Materials, Electrical, etc.)
- 5-10 years of experience in technical writing, communication, data analysis, and troubleshooting
- 1-5 years' project management and environmental testing experience
- Experience selecting/testing instrumentation and applying standards (MIL-STD-810, IEC 60068)
- At least 5 years' experience with vibration, seismic, thermal, shock, and related tests
- Valid/clear driver’s license
- Eligibility for a government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
