Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and body treatments per protocols and best practices
• Educate guests about wellness options and recommend home care
• Maintain complete knowledge of all spa services and products
• Uphold strict sanitation and sterilization standards
• Care for equipment, rooms, and supplies
• Promote spa services, programs, and retail items
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Current state license with 500+ hours of training
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification
• At least 1 year experience preferred
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills

Physical Demands

• Full mobility and ability to perform all standards massage techniques
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (standing, bending, lifting)
