About the job

This role provides essential support in the delivery of chronic hemodialysis treatment for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) in a clinical setting located in Baltimore, Maryland. The medical technician assists in ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hemodialysis treatments under established protocols
• Monitor and care for dialysis patients throughout procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and incidents
• Maintain and calibrate dialysis equipment
• Follow all infection control and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience (preferred)
• Current Dialysis Technician Certification (required)
• American Heart Association CPR certification (required)
• CCHT and CNA-DT license (Maryland)
• Basic computer skills/ability to learn hospital systems

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of dialysis or related healthcare experience
