Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect social work services across all age groups
- Advise and assist with discharge planning, foster care, and financial resources
- Support behavioral health and participate in program planning
- Effect positive change through community resource coordination
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- LCSW-C license strongly preferred (other credentials considered)
- CPR certification preferred
