The role is critical for delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results that support high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical laboratory testing (moderate/high complexity).
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and procedural standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Document and report results accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with knowledge in a specialized field.
• Less than one year of experience required.
• Certification: MLT (ASCP or AMT), MT (ASCP or AMT), or MLS (ASCP).
