This part-time position provides compassionate hospice and palliative care services, serving patients and families facing serious illness across several Maryland locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and contribute clinical expertise in weekly interdisciplinary meetings.
- Certify and recertify patients’ eligibility for hospice care.
- Document all services and provide timely clinical narratives.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physicians for holistic end-of-life care.
- Participate in on-call rotation and clinical program development.
Qualifications
- Advanced skills in hospice and palliative medicine required.
- Licensed physician with relevant board certification.
