This position offers the opportunity to support patients' rehabilitation as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on implementing therapy programs in an integrated care environment to help residents regain daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Work closely with clinical caregivers to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and report to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Foster a positive and motivational environment for residents
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Associate's degree required)
• Valid state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
