This role is for an Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, offering both short-term and long-term care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized occupational therapy plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility according to state guidelines
• Valid state occupational therapy license
