About the job

Offer specialized occupational therapy services within a dynamic nursing and rehabilitation center. You'll be instrumental in assisting patients with regaining independence and enhancing their quality of life in both short- and long-term settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and support progress.
• Focus on maximizing each patient's ability to perform daily activities independently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Certified, or eligible for certification, by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in Kentucky.

Work Arrangement

• Consistent PRN OT position, up to 30 hours/week.
