Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services to patients in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (minimum of a Bachelor’s degree).
- Possess a valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Tennessee.
