Join a private, physician-owned orthopedic group in Mesa, Arizona, focused exclusively on elective spine surgery. Enjoy a supportive team environment with on-site imaging, rehabilitation, and APP support, providing seamless, patient-centered care without trauma or emergency coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat spinal pathologies (degenerative, structural, deformity)
• Perform elective spine procedures: fusions, decompressions, minimally invasive surgeries
• Oversee pre-op and post-op patient care and planning
• Collaborate with in-house rehab and therapy teams
• Document outcomes and maintain EMR records
• Participate in practice growth initiatives

Clinical Structure

• 2 clinic days and 2–3 surgery days per week
• Guaranteed block OR time
• Call coverage limited and supported by APPs

Qualifications

• MD/DO, fellowship-trained in spine surgery
• Board-certified/eligible in orthopedic surgery
• Arizona license or eligible
• Experience in elective and minimally invasive techniques
• Effective team player and communicator

• Base salary: $400,000–$650,000, plus RVU bonuses
