Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapies including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed interventions
• Serve adults with co-occurring or dual diagnoses
• Document services in electronic health records and maintain clinical compliance
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional training

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Arizona licensure or eligibility (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years' clinical experience preferred
• Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English required
