Be the essential first point of contact for patients and caregivers accessing medical treatment. As a Patient Access Associate, you will handle registration, telecommunication, and scheduling while providing compassionate support and ensuring accurate data entry within a busy healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, collecting relevant personal and medical information
• Manage insurance, billing, and database updates
• Maintain telecommunication systems, call schedules, and alarms
• Coordinate patient scheduling and procedure appointments
• Relay information between staff and patients
• Ensure compliance with hospital procedures and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• One year of customer service or healthcare registration experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
• Ability to comfortably manage computer tasks and minor physical requirements
