Key Responsibilities

• Register patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.
• Review all outpatient visits for proper discounts and payer source discussions.
• Assist patients with financial assistance, HCAP, and Medicaid applications as needed.
• Update and confirm all aspects of patient accounts and use required forms and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with registration policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One or more years of medical office or customer service experience required.
• Previous registration/scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Strong teamwork, computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
