Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary blood draws, and instruct patients on specimen collection
• Ensure compliance with specimen handling and safety protocols
• Provide support for urine and culture sample collection

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of accredited phlebotomy or medical assistant program, or prior phlebotomy experience
• Certification from recognized national agencies (NHA, ASCP, AMT, NCCT, or ACA)

Preferred

• Experience in a clinical setting
