Key Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care as outlined in individualized plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and deliver high-quality skilled therapy, including exercises, manual therapies, and therapeutic modalities.
• Document daily actions in the EMR and contribute to a patient-focused, accountable culture.

• Comfort with technology and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• State license and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Ideally, at least one year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
