Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective physical therapy services to patients across various care settings.
• Develop and implement therapy plans and track patient progress.
• Participate in team meetings to optimize patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
• Valid Tennessee Physical Therapy license required.
