Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered medical care
• Supervise and consult within teams and train staff as needed
• Participate in performance monitoring, quality improvement, and mandatory educational activities
• Document patient care and maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited medical school and completed internship/residency in an approved program
• Active medical license in Illinois
• Board eligibility preferred; board certification required within 2 years
• Post-residency primary care experience preferred
