Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations and treatment
• Diagnose and manage a variety of neurological conditions
• Interpret diagnostic tests: EEG, EMG, MRI, CT
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers

Compensation and Benefits

• W-2 model: $280,000–$450,000 base with performance bonuses
• 1099 independent contractor: earning potential $500,000+

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited neurology residency
• Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology
• Arizona medical license or eligibility

• Neuromuscular disorders, peripheral neuropathy, neuroimmunology, headache/migraine medicine, cognitive neurology, vestibular/balance disorders
