Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for all age groups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Administer preventive health services including wellness exams and immunizations
• Document care in electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with nurses, behavioral health, and administrative staff

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Arizona medical license or eligibility
• Minimum 2 years outpatient experience
