Practice Managers play a crucial operational role in the veterinary hospital, ensuring efficient daily management so the medical team can focus on quality pet care. Key duties include supervising staff, driving business results, fostering a collaborative environment, and handling budgets and schedules. Practice Managers work closely with the Chief of Staff and support a culture of quality, responsibility, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations
• Hire, train, and develop associates
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and productivity assessments
• Foster an engaging, team-based work culture
• Support client education regarding wellness and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred
• Three years of relevant and supervisory experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare or veterinary industry knowledge beneficial
