Be a vital part of a veterinary hospital by managing daily operations and leading a team to ensure high-quality patient and client experiences. As Practice Manager, you'll oversee administrative processes, associate training, and foster a collaborative workplace for both staff and pet owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with chief of staff to manage hospital operations
• Interview, hire, and develop associates
• Budget and plan for hospital needs
• Educate associates on guidelines and services
• Monitor productivity and process effectiveness
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• 3+ years of related experience, with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict management skills
