Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and expansion of patient care programs
- Collaborate to design and refine workflows for smooth patient transitions
- Coordinate departmental activities to improve access and continuity of care
- Oversee recruitment, staffing, and HR functions for clinical teams
- Manage clinical budgets, monitor expenses, and assist in capital planning
- Analyze and apply quality metrics to enhance care delivery
- Respond to feedback and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships
- Foster professional growth and staff engagement
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- At least 7 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification via AHA
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse preferred
- Leadership experience in hospice, palliative, or home health care
