Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement speech and language interventions
• Work closely with nursing home residents and outpatient clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal care
• Maintain detailed patient records and participate in care planning

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech, hearing science, or language development from an accredited program
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Indiana
• Clinical Competence Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
