Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate and treat residents experiencing speech, hearing, swallowing, or cognitive challenges in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Work within state and federal guidelines, providing quality care in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed speech therapy treatments to patients
• Perform patient evaluations and OASIS assessments as appropriate
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and physicians
• Deliver rehabilitative interventions to improve communicative efficiency
• Document cases thoroughly and participate in other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited speech pathology program
• Licensed as a speech-language pathologist in Washington State
