Role Overview
Work under the supervision of therapy leadership to provide patient-focused speech and language services upon physician order, aiming to restore function, prevent disability, and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and document skilled treatment and progress
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide therapy interventions and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Complete all required documentation and daily billing
- Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and outcomes
- Maintain professional standards and participate in ongoing education
- Supervise clinical fellows and students as appropriate
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Wyoming licensure and clinical competence certification (CCC-SLP)
- Good standing with relevant professional boards
- One year of experience preferred
