Deliver speech and language pathology services to patients in various settings, supporting recovery from communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.

Role Overview

Work under the supervision of therapy leadership to provide patient-focused speech and language services upon physician order, aiming to restore function, prevent disability, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document skilled treatment and progress
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide therapy interventions and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Complete all required documentation and daily billing
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and outcomes
• Maintain professional standards and participate in ongoing education
• Supervise clinical fellows and students as appropriate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Wyoming licensure and clinical competence certification (CCC-SLP)
• Good standing with relevant professional boards
• One year of experience preferred
