The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming, is a long-term care facility offering both long- and short-term rehabilitation services. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on rehabilitative care, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting patient mobility and function.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the supervising Physical Therapist’s plan of care
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support program development and departmental goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Wyoming state PTA license or eligibility
• One year experience preferred but not required
