Become an essential member of our healthcare team as a Sterile Supply Processing Technician. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that surgical and clinical environments are safe, clean, and well-equipped.

Key Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize all instruments for operating rooms and specialty clinics
• Strictly adhere to policies and regulatory standards for sterilization and universal precautions
• Maintain compliance with biological monitoring standards to ensure patient safety

About the Team

• Lovelace Westside Hospital supports Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho communities
• Services include a 24-hour emergency department and inpatient/outpatient surgery for specialties like ENT, bariatric, and orthopedics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced knowledge of sterilization, universal precautions, and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of Central Supply or Sterile Processing experience (hospital/clinic)
• National Certification in Sterile Processing or equivalent
