ABA Pathways, LLC seeks behavior technicians who are dedicated, empathetic, and eager to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through evidence-based methods. The role involves providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, promoting a positive environment, and supporting personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement one-on-one ABA therapy based on tailored treatment plans.
- Collect detailed behavioral data and document client progress.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, families, and clients.
- Meet all administrative, clinical, and training deadlines.
- Adapt to various in-home environments and client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma.
- Bilingual in Spanish and American English.
- Able to pass background check and TB test; valid state ID or driver’s license.
- Availability for flexible scheduling during weekdays.
- Preferred: First Aid/CPR certified, BA/BS in psychology or related field, RBT certification, ABA experience.
