Clinical therapists play a key role in counseling individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. At a treatment center in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, you will use diverse modalities to provide therapy, assess risk, develop treatment plans, and participate in agency and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions for substance use and mental health issues
• Complete clinical assessments and manage client caseloads
• Adhere to documentation and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings, client graduations, and outreach events
• Create safety plans and assess risk

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in counseling, psychology, or related field
• Valid Kentucky counseling/social work license or associate license
• Prefer one or more years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and crisis intervention
