About the job

This role involves delivering clinical therapy services to children in a supportive, dynamic environment dedicated to helping them overcome mental health challenges. The work is performed within a multidisciplinary team approach focused on holistic well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical services and individualized care for a caseload of children in a PRTF program
• Lead Core Assessments, treatment recommendations, and discharge planning
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions; lead team meetings
• Offer training and supervision on care models to staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
• Two to six years of behavioral health experience preferred
• Licensure or certification as Qualified Professional, LCSW, or LPC preferred
• Valid North Carolina driver's license required
