This is a full-time, center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity focused on supporting children diagnosed with autism. Team members help transform children's lives by delivering individualized therapy based on natural play and foundational skills. BCBA professionals manage a manageable caseload, oversee clinical programming, and support core values like integrity, creativity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client programming and meet prescription fulfillment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings
• Supervise and support behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Individualize and implement treatment plans, update progress reports, and maintain clinical documentation
• Direct, lead, and supervise therapy programs, including assessments and RBT supervision
• Promote the organization within the community and assist with assessments as needed

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required
• Licensure in state of practice (where applicable)
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MacOS, CentralReach, and Tableau
• Ability to operate in a physically active environment with children

Location

Located in Cary, North Carolina, with no travel required and standard hours Monday–Friday.
