Join a leading regional medical center’s ultrasound team to perform diagnostic sonography, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role prepares and operates imaging equipment, produces images for diagnostic purposes, and assists in training sonography students.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate ultrasound equipment
- Position and assist patients for exams
- Produce and record sonographic images of internal organs
- Transfer imaging data accurately and maintain records
- Guide and provide clinical oversight to sonography students
- Collaborate with other diagnostic, radiology, and cardiology professionals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI certification required for relevant exams
- 1+ year experience in diagnostic medical sonography
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
