As an Assistant Community Manager at Arlo in Seattle, you play an essential role in the daily financial and operational management of the community, supporting both residents and onsite teams for efficient, customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support rent collection, banking, and financial reporting
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable and reconcile financial transactions
  • Assist leasing, tour prospective residents (in-person and virtually)
  • Coordinate with vendors on invoices and payments
  • Assist with resident move-outs, lease compliance, and legal procedures
  • Respond to resident issues, promoting satisfaction and retention
  • Act as onsite supervisor in Community Manager’s absence
Qualifications
  • Previous property management experience required; fee management preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Yardi, or OneSite is beneficial
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting/reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and professionalism
